Very impressed with Sonterra Dental! I saw Dr. Ruiz and her bedside manner was great. I have dental anxiety and she/the hygienist eased me so much! Also love how modern everything is and how clean the office was. Highly recommend!
Pure perfection! Dr. Ruiz is an exceptional dentist. She is gentle and precise. She is very caring and listens to her patient. All I can say is if you are in need of a great dentist, look no further, Dr. Ruiz is the Doctor to see. Sonterra Dental has great Doctors and great hygienist. Unlike most other dental offices, Sonterra Dental was very inviting, chill, and pleasant! They offer snacks and drinks, and the office smells clean and fresh. The hygienist Casey at the office is amazing!! She’s so sweet and hospitable! She was very in depth and did an excellent job at cleaning my teeth with minimal pain, she’s soft spoken, polite, and clearly goes through each step— I felt at ease and comfortable. Overall, very chill experience— will go again in about 4 months. 💪✨
This was my first visit to Sonterra Dental, and I was very impressed. The office staff was welcoming and friendly, and my appointment started right on time. Lana, the hygienist, stayed with me throughout the visit, explained each step clearly, and took the time to get to know me—she made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Ruiz was personable, kind, and professional. The exam was thorough, and I already have my next restoration appointment scheduled. Based on today’s experience, I’m confident my next visit will be just as smooth.
The experience with Sonterra Dental was amazing. All paperwork, documets and everything else needed was done online and super easy. When our family arrived at the office, they had a cute sign on the reception vounter with all the new patient names on it... that was a nice little detail... and they also had a snack bar full of goodies!!! Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and very helpfull. They really strive to make you feel at home. The technolgy being used all around the office is the latest... amazing equipment. Once we got to our hygienist, the huge monitor in the room showed a personalized welcoming message... it really made us feel welcomed and at ease. Our hygienists were the best and treated us sooooooo... oooo nice and displayed so much patience, it was unbelievable. Very pleasant experience, will reccomend 100%!!!
