I called in the morning and was able to schedule an afternoon appointment on the same day. Scott was clearly a knowledgeable professional. He diagnosed the issue and made what seemed to be a simple repair. He continued after the repair to do a complete preventative cleaning and service of our furnace and humidifier. We highly recommend SOS for your repair or preventative maintenance needs.
Been working with these guys for a while on bigger job around town. All there service technicians have a lot of experience and don’t mess around. They always do a great job, and help other trades on site as much as possible. Great communication, they pick up after and overall do great work. For a fair price. Can’t ask for anything else.
Estimator Torrey was very responsive to my phone calls and text messages. He arrived promptly for a FREE estimate, was very personable and polite. No pressure to hook us into signing anything right then and there, which I really appreciate! His behavior really influenced me to choose SOS over two other provider estimates. The old AC we had was like from the 1970’s and it had stopped working. We were able to be scheduled quickly for the install of our new AC in June and everything was done well. Great service, and we highly recommend them! If you’re needing a company that offers quality without overpricing, give these folks a call.
I called SOS Heating & Cooling to check out my Furnace/AC unit. The were able to come over that day. They serviced the unit, got it working properly, and even cleaned it up for me. Jody, my technician, was knowledgable and taught me some things about the units themselves. I felt like the work was well done and affordable. Not once did I feel like they were taking advantage. Would definitely recommend.
Air conditioner decided it was done. SOS came out to evaluate, got it running, but needed to be replaced.. we thought it would be months, but it was days! So very professional, knowledgeable, and nice! From the initial guy to the office staff and the installers, a great team! Could not have had a better experience!
