Mya is incredibly professional, welcoming, and clearly knows her craft. She made me feel comfortable right away, explained everything she was doing, and paid great attention to detail. Absolutely love Shaya, she’s amazing always treats me good, has great customer service and communication. Services are affordable as well so TIP your person lol, I’ve been going here for almost a year and it’s definitely worth it.
Mya is simply the best! She is efficient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made my entire experience outstanding. I was so eager to get the service that I accidentally showed up a day early. Instead of turning me away, Mya kindly accommodated me and even cancelled my appointment for the following day so I wouldn’t be charged for a no‑show. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is rare and truly appreciated. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and warmth. I left feeling valued and impressed by the quality of service. I highly recommend Mya to anyone looking for a seamless, positive, and trustworthy experience!
Mya is amazing! I’ve been to her a few times now and it’s never awkward or uncomfortable. She makes great conversation and is fast and efficient. This is by far the best location of them all. All the waxers I’ve experienced are nice and professional. The vibe is great, the music is great and customer service is top tier.
Carmen did a great job waxing my eyebrows, but I found out later about their cancelation policy and that wasn't so thrilling. They charge 25% of the appointment fee if you cancel within 6 hours of the appointment (understandable)... but I did not like how they charged my card without notifying me. Furthermore, I wasn't even aware that they kept my credit card information on file... and when I asked them to remove it, I was told I couldn't book appointments without having a card on file. So, if you dont want a card on file, you can only go there for walkins. I found this aspect of the business underwhelming and I'm not sure if I will return. Buyer Beware
