I thoroughly recommend SOTA weight loss program for anyone like me struggling to manage healthy dietary habits and limited time to take care of myself due to a hectic workload. I strongly considered going on one of the fat loss injections and just couldn't bring myself to do it, because of the unknown adverse effects. With SOTA, there is no risk of side effects. It changes your mentality too, I feel better about my ability to chose what I eat. I have lost close to 30 lbs in 10 weeks, and doing it the 'correct' way. I receive positive feedback from my own personal nutritionist (thank you Zoe). Every week or two, new food options are offered to keep the mind from wandering. I now have a new goal set forth, and that is to lose 50 total lbs. I see the light at the end of the tunnel, and with the SOTA team, I know this goal is beyond achievable. I am down 97 lbs so far the team here is amazing, and even understanding if you have specific requests. They are more than just a weight loss gimmick they truly care and have training and knowledge to treat you right. They don't get any better than Blanca or Shonyi in the fort worth office. They understand you and make sure you understand not some counting points gimmick. You learn real and proper nutrition. I love these people. They even understand if he have special circumstances and will work with you. Im just sad my journey may end soon because I feel like I've made some real friends also. 🧡

Update::I am around 25 pounds down and my husband is around 40 in 14 weeks. I love SOTA and the way losing this weight has made me feel. I love the staff at SOTA in Fort Worth. I have talked to all of them at one time or another. This is the first weight loss program that has worked for me and I am learning so much about nutrition. I have been on the program for 5 weeks and only lost 12 pounds BUT I am losing and I am on medicines that cause weight gain so I am still happy. Great program my husband and I are doing together.
The staff is friendly and encouraging. There are a variety of SOTA products to choose from and they are tasty and satisfying. My weight loss is averaging over over 2 lbs per week and I have been on the program for about 11 months. I am extremely pleased with the results. The program has been easier than expected. I will being going on maintenance in about 4 weeks and am confident the weight will stay off. I highly recommend this program.
