As an Age Group Triathlete I always knew that improving core strength and flexibility was critical, especially for cycling but also for swimming and running. Christine runs her sessions to allow her clients to push themselves as far as they are comfortable with. I find these classes are a proper workout and very beneficial. Pilates is definitely not "easy" but Christine provides the knowledgeable coaching to encourage progression and development through the more challenging exercises
Attended classes for over a year. Highly recommend, small classes with lots of individual attention. Christine is very knowledgeable and effortlessly adapted exercises in class to match my specific needs during sessions. It’s a welcoming environment, as a complete beginner it really helped me build confidence in learning Pilates. Definitely recommend this for building strength and for back issues. Classes offer good range of exercises and challenges, they don’t get repetitive and keep you engaged.
I’ve been doing Pilates with Christine for over 2 years now and it’s been the best gift I’ve given to myself! All the classes are inclusive and tailored to everyone’s body and needs! It still amazes me how the tiniest tweak/guidance from Christine can make the whole exercise feel completely different! I couldn’t recommend enough - both Pilates and Source Pilates!!
I don’t think I can overstate just how wonderful Christine is! I moved to Ireland from Los Angeles and finding a Pilates instructor was one of my top priorities. Christine was recommended by my instructors in Los Angeles and I feel incredibly grateful to have taken their advice. Christine is incredibly thorough, kind and always knows how to make things just that much more challenging! A+-couldn’t recommend her more!!
I can highly recommend Source Pilates. I initially had three 1:1 sessions with Christine and then joined her beginner's class. Christine has taken time to get to know what works for me best as she does for everyone in her class and always works to how our bodies are feeling on a particular day. I can feel a marked improvement since I started going to classes with Christine and now go twice a week to continue to support my improvement.
