I visited the Urgent care today bc earache, sore throat, Dr. Eicher was very professional, kind,efficient.. He listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. I appreciate the nice lady that checked me in and also the assistant. I would never hesitate to visit this urgent care if needed. Thank you!
Very clean. Not busy, and the staff was really nice. Even the nurse practitioner Rachael was super sweet, patient, caring, and energetic, and did a great job with making sure I understood what was going on with me, what causes it, and my options. She suggested the options that would be more helpful for me with little to no side effects, but still let me choose which option I wanted in a supportive way. I would definitely go to this location again.
Never a long wait time and that's surprising because NP Rachel is very thorough in her examination and explaining the course of treatment she's prescribed. Will go back! All the staff are friendly and welcoming!
You never know if you should believe all the great comments of a place. This urgent care lived up to all of that. Very clean. Staff very nice. Wait was a little long and they kept apologizing. Now the cherry on top is Rachel the NP excellent! Great bedside manner and she explained everything and listened. This one is not as close to my home as some of their other locations but I would definitely drive back to this one. Thanks Rachel and staff
