Southern with a French Twist

Wow! Chef Ashley not only crafted the most delicious meal, but also created a warm and special environment for my family to enjoy a Christmas brunch. Truly some of the best food I’ve eaten! She goes the extra mile to make everything absolutely perfect. Thank you Chef Ashley!

We had the best time ever! This isn’t my first time hiring chef Ashley! She has done multiple events for me. You will absolutely not be disappointed for any of your catering needs.

Ashley and her team were phenomenal — everyone was raving about the food all weekend. It was hands down the best meal we’ve had in ages! Perfect for group dinners and special gatherings. We loved coming home after a long day to a delicious, thoughtfully prepared meal waiting for us — and the best part? No cleanup! Five stars across the board. Highly, highly recommend!

Chef Ashley and her team planned and executed the most memorable meal for 12 discerning foodies celebrating a friend’s 70th birthday. We even planned the entire weekend in Wimberley around the name of her business “Southern with a French Twist” We combined both Texas and French elements, which was perfect since our birthday girl is headed to Paris in a couple of weeks. All the food was delicious and beautiful to look at, but the very best part was that all of us got to enjoy our happy hour time and pre and post dinner toasts without having to mess with food and plates and cleaning up! They even slipped out the door after they left the kitchen spotless! I cannot recommend Chef Ashley enough— She loves what she does and it truly shows!!

Ashley and her team were absolutely amazing helping me host a retreat in Gruene, TX. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and the food was delicious. As retreat host, she took stress off my plate and helped me host with confidence. 10/10 recommend!
