The whole Southside team was professional, responsive, and very efficient throughout the process. Special thanks to our property manager, Ione, who was always helpful, attentive, and reliable. Communication was clear and timely, and any issues were handled quickly and smoothly.
The Southside team was truly professional in helping me secure a perfect flat. The application process was incredibly efficient, and I was always impressed by how promptly the staff responded to my queries. The thoughtful welcome bag on move-in day was also a lovely, unexpected touch! Their professionalism continued throughout my tenancy and even after I had moved out.I would like to give a special thanks to Rob McDonald, who was my main point of contact throughout my time with Southside. Most recently, Rob went above and beyond when an Amazon parcel was accidentally delivered to my old address. He stepped in to coordinate communication between myself and the new tenant to find a solution, which took a huge weight off my mind. It is rare to find such dedicated support after a lease has ended. Highly recommended!
So far so great! Recently moved into a new place thanks to Southside and they have been great. Gotten a very cute welcome package (never received one with any other housing agent!!), and responses to any problems were solved or communicated quickly! Ione has been a stellar property manager and really appreciate Southside for checking in on us even after our move! (shoutout to Scott!). Great experience.
