I recently got my jeans altered here and I am really happy with the results. The fitting is perfect, and the tailoring was done with great attention to detail. The service was quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. They listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly as expected. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality alterations!

If you have an important event avoid this business at all costs. Dropped off a suit on Aug 27th and was told that they could do no earlier than Sep 13th. Ok fineI have a wedding right after but still has time. They provide no quotes and say that i’ll get a call with updates. Fast forward to Sept 13th my suit is nowhere to be found in the location i dropped it. Still not finished and not even started. Extremely frustrated as the work was not done, there was still no quote on pricing and lastly there was no remorse for not delivering. After spending thousands here over the years i’ll never be coming back. in store there was no explanation and nayyer the manager provided no explanation or apology.

This place is the real deal! They are very talented. I had my wedding dress altered and it was perfect. Plus the lady was super nice, gave me tons of compliments! I even recommended this place to my friend and he loves how his suit turned out.

Got my wedding dress altered here and I’m so happy with how it turned out! The length and overall fit were perfect. The price was fairly reasonable, and I was even able to get sleeves added with the leftover fabric and was still within my alteration budget. I also asked last minute to have my dress bustled, and thankfully Nayer was able to accommodate so I went in the next day to get it measured. This was my first time getting professional alterations, and the experience was nothing short of great. So happy with how my dress turned out! Will definitely go here again if I ever need major alterations again.

The first time I used this tailor, everything was fine. The next time (2 dresses hemmed, 1 lined and 1 “jean” hem) nothing was ready when I arrived (on the day we agreed.) The woman told me she could have them ready in 20 minutes. I didn’t have 20 minutes, and asked her not to rush - but also wondered why I was being charged $120 for two hems if she could do them in 20 minutes! When I returned the following week, one dress was ruined. She didn’t do a blue jean hem at all, the stitching didn’t match in color or style to the original. The stitching was very uneven and bright white. She said it could be fixed, she had the fabric. Went back to pick up the dress, and she had just sewn extra fabric on the back and not redone the hem to match the original. I asked for it to be redone, again, but now they won’t even return my calls. The original stitching was like the vertical stitch in the photo, but a single row. Neither the thread color nor the type of stitching matches. The dress is ruined. I would avoid this tailor both for the low quality work and terrible service. Update: they did eventually return my calls, and say that the hem will look better after a few washes. Even if this is true, it wouldn’t be necessary if they had done the type of hem I asked for in the first place.
