I used to like this place, but my last visit was awful. The therapist was aggressive and completely unprofessional — she pulled my hair, used painful pressure, and ignored me when I told her it hurt. She didn’t speak English and there was constant talking and noise. What should have been a relaxing 90-minute couples massage was a nightmare. I left in pain and will never return. Not recommended.
clean and relaxing facilities, and you really can’t beat that price for the quality of massage. got an amazing deep tissue massage from Gina, she was very thorough and precise. definitely will return to this spa!
I had such a wonderful experience at Spa De LA. From the moment I walked in, the energy was calm, welcoming, and exactly what I needed. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The massage itself was amazing — easily one of the best I’ve had in LA. My therapist was skilled, intuitive, and really listened to the areas I wanted to focus on. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and so much lighter, both physically and mentally. This place is a hidden gem. Whether you’re dealing with stress, tension, or just need some time to reset, I can’t recommend Spa De LA enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Place is clean and parking is easy. Friendly receptionist, easy to book. I got a 1.5 hr deep tissue massage as I was having some chronic pain in my knees and legs. The therapist I had is good at what she’s doing but a bit heavy handed! I was groaning in both pain and relief if there is such a thing. I came home sore and with bruises. I was not asked how light or heavy I want the massage. It was not a relaxing massage. I’ll give it another try though and this time ask for a very light massage.
Spa De’ LA is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibly professional and welcoming, making sure you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. The massage was just what I needed—perfect pressure, soothing ambiance, and attention to detail. I left feeling completely refreshed and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
