Le Spa Des Neiges est un refuge paisible situé au bord du fleuve Saint-Laurent à Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, alliant détente et plaisirs culinaires. Cet établissement propose une variété de bains à remous, de piscines et de cabines de vapeur pour des cycles thermaux, ainsi que des soins spa professionnels tels que massages, soins du visage et enveloppements détoxifiants. Le bistrot sur place sert des plats délicieux, dont pizza et soupe, dans une atmosphère chaleureuse avec une vue imprenable sur le fleuve. Great amenities, beautiful view by the river. Friendly service. Great prices - got the reduced fare after 16h on a weekend, was really worth it after the color run in Mont Sainte Anne. Only comment would be the complimentary lemon water did not taste good.

First of all, when we walked in, the area with reception and the restaurant smelled disgusting. It smelled so bad I wanted to turn around and leave. 👎🏻👎🏻 The door to the kitchen was open and I think the hood was not working. There were not enough towels and we were warned to save towels. It was not comfortable. 👎🏻 Next, there is only 1 cold water pool on the property and that is not cold enough. Why do you have only 1 small pool with cold water ??? There was almost always a queue for the cold pool 👎🏻 No access to the river to rinse off after the hot sauna. Why not? And you have a river, I don't understand. But there are few pluses: 1 rest room is very cozy, the others have dimmed lights and they have a pool like a barrel with body temperature.

Beautiful views! Lots of hot tubs, fire pits, and lounging areas to choose from! I loved the eucalyptus steam room! The team is really nice. We had excellent massages! The pizza and the soup were good. **Bring sandals, or you must buy some from their mixed assortment. 😮 I would recommend that some of their robes get replaced with new ones. We will return the next time we come to Quebec.

Spa Des Neiges is an amazing little spa by the St. Lawrence River. It doesn't look like much from the main street, but the pools are wonderful and vary in temperature perfectly so that you can go from pool to pool experiencing degrees of hot and cold wet application for a flawless thermal cycle. The ambiance is unbeatable and its small enough that you don't have to worry about others chatting too much. The rest areas are wonderful and allow you to enjoy the views from the second level of the two outer buildings. There's also amazing food and spa services that I only go for here. In the past visits I've done a forest clay wrap, a detox, facial, massage and other services. Each time they were professional and truly a pampering experience. Émilie is the therapist I've seen each year since 2016 (I think) and her English has improved significantly. If you plan on getting spa services, make sure you make a reservation ahead of time. If you need to make a special request, make sure you have someone who can speak French over the phone so that no mishaps will happen. Being a small spa in the middle of ski country, it's predominantly French speaking. Bring your own lock, water bottle and sandals. They'll provide the towels and robe. Then you can enjoy the baths all day!

Had a great experience in the therapeutic massage amazing!! And thermal baths wet sauna were the best ones to try. Highly recommend :)
