My daughter got into an accident and our insurance sent us to Sparkle. We live out of state so we dealt with them over the phone while she dealt with them in person. She was worried about how they would talk to her. It was such a pleasant surprise. They are so kind and organized. The drop off of her car and the pickup of her rental car was so smooth thanks to Sparkle. And they didn’t talk down to her at all (sadly this happens at other shops) She felt really comfortable working with them (she described them as behaving like “girl dads”) and we felt that we could trust them entirely. I highly recommend Sparkle.
This place was amazing start to finish. Pricing was transparent and accurate. And they were great about communicating different options available to me once they got got into the repairs. Partick was great to work with specifically. I obviously hope I never get into another collision, but this is my go-to shop for any future body work my vehicle may need. Cannot recommend enough!
Overall, Sparkle Auto Body is a no-muss, no-fuss kind of place that did the work very well for the right price. My damage was purely cosmetic, but the scratches were deep, extensive and hit multiple panels alongside a huge dent in the car door. Sparkle was highly recommended by people around me and my insurance company. They worked very well and efficiently with my insurance company- one estimate was all that was needed and was accepted immediately. Even with insurance paying for most of it, the price seemed appropriate for the amount of work and parts. I was able to get an idea of a time/cost estimate by driving right up, no appointment needed. We looked at the car outside together for about 10 minutes, and the manager was able to give me a good idea of what the time/price estimate would be. I had to schedule an appointment further out, but that just reflects how popular they are - for good reason. The work itself was completed ahead of time. The work was limited to what actually needed fixing, not taking the entire car apart like some places do just to fix a surface scratch. They even took care of some other odds and ends scratches on my car besides the main damage, which was hugely appreciated. They had creative problem solving. When one of my car parts was no longer sold, they found a similar part in another color and just spray painted it to flawlessly match. They also did a great job cleaning and detailing the car before I picked it up. Checkout was extremely fast and efficient, too. Everyone I spoke to was polite and to the point- that good ol' no-muss, no-fuss I mentioned. I'd recommend this autobody shop to anyone!
I’ve been to Sparkle to fix my car a couple of times after fender benders. The front office staff are great. The technicians are skilled and can work on specialty brands Ike Polestar. Our insurance company said they were easy to work with. Mark, in particular was great to work with. I highly recommend Sparkle.
They do amazing work at Sparkle Autobody. Very fair pricing, honest and transparent. They made it look like nothing ever happened. Mark is an outstanding guy and I really appreciate how quick they got it done and the pride they put in their work. Thank you!
