Long-time loyalist to Specialized. I've owned them since the 1990s. I happen to be passing through to visit family and came by this store without a booking. I came in because of an irritating problem -- the battery in the seat tube was stuck and wouldn't let me lower the saddle. My man Mitchell hooked it up in a couple of mins and adjusted it to prevent it from happening in the future, even giving me a small plastic tool to adjust it myself. And then Francisco helped me out with a new helmet. I'm not at all surprised that Specialized hires quality people. Thanks to both of those guys for the great experience.
Brian is really really great fitter. I have gotten done bike fitting in different countries different times systems. But with small touches he really made a difference in my position in a positive way. I am looking for my first ride. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Very friendly Staff- easy quick process for renting and picking up the bike- new Tarmac was great and so much better than the used road bikes I’ve rented around the beach/Santa Monica in the past. Wide variety rentals- including high quality e-bikes…
Marcos and Alan are the men! I had a really complex and bizarre issue with a bike due to OEM parts providers - long story short it took 3 months to resolve but they had my back. There are less and less bikes stores in our communities these days, and although this may seem like just another “corporate” store, there are great people working there that care. I would hesitate to buy your next bike here or to bring in what you have for service (regardless of your bike’s brand!)
Allan was awesome! He coordinated the tuning of my new bike and went above and beyond to make sure it was safe and ready to ride. As a new rider, I really appreciated his patience in walking me through the basics. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference. Chris and the rest of the team were also great and made the whole experience smooth. This will definitely be my go-to shop for bike service and advice. Highly recommend!
