⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We couldn’t be happier with our wedding video from Richard at Specular Visuals. The editing is absolutely beautiful – every moment flows so naturally, and he captured the emotion, atmosphere, and little details of our day perfectly. Watching it back genuinely feels like reliving the day all over again. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. From our initial contact, to the questionnaire, to the Zoom call with Izzy, everything felt smooth, professional, and really personal. We were kept in the loop the whole time, which made the experience completely stress-free. A huge shout-out as well to Izzy, who filmed our wedding back in August 2025. She was second to none – absolutely fabulous from start to finish. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, gave us lots of helpful direction, and was such a calming, positive presence throughout the day. Even when there was a slight delay with our video (which we completely understood as August is such a busy month, and we were more than happy to wait), Richard kept us informed, which we really appreciated. When everything was ready, he delivered all our videos via Google Drive, along with a hard drive and a memory stick containing everything – such a thoughtful and professional touch. Together, their work has given us a film we’ll treasure forever. We can’t recommend Specular Visuals highly enough!

Richard and Izzy - it's difficult to put this into words, but we really did have an A* Photography and Videography duo for our Wedding Day. From the very first enquiry to the Wedding Day itself was an absolute delight. Richard was attentive and so friendly during the preparations before the day and we really felt at ease and that our day was in the safest hands. On the day itself, both Richard and Izzy were the friendliest faces and certainly helped to calm both of our nerves, and really blended into our bridal and groom parties, making everything feel really natural and this really shows in the pictures and the videos we have received. We were absolutely blown away when we received our pictures and videos, and many tears of happiness were shed as we remembered our beautiful day. Every element was captured and it really gave us both the opportunity to see parts of our wedding with our guests that we didn't get to see, and this is absolutely priceless. The quality of the images and the videos is second to none, and you can really see the talent and craft in each photo and video. Now, we can't stop watching the videos which play on repeat and are now struggling to decide which photos to get printed to put up in the house, because there are so many gorgeous ones to choose from. We have also had so many compliments from our friends and family on the quality of the photos and some of the memories these have captured, and we have loved sharing these with our loved ones. Thank you Specular Visuals for being absolutely incredible on the day, we had so much fun and you made it feel so comfortable to be in front of a camera. We couldn't recommend you enough and are recommending you to every newly engaged couple we know!

We couldn’t recommended Richard enough, from the start he was really responsive and lovely! We had a call a few weeks before the wedding to go through all the details which was reassuring and helped us feel at ease! On the wedding day, he was amazing, he managed to capture every special moment without it feeling too imposing. I worked with Richard (Specular Visuals) on a mutual client’s Wedding in March 2025 in Birmingham city centre across two (well technically three venues if you count where the Bride was getting ready!) I contacted Richard a few days before to introduce myself and found him to be very responsive and friendly. On the Wedding day I instantly warmed to Richard as a photographer and fellow Wedding supplier; he has a really cool and calming nature that must put his couples at ease. Richard captured Molly & Greg’s day so beautifully- I can’t wait to see more photos. Wedding days are long and hard work for suppliers on their feet, but to still be smiling at the end of the night makes everyone involved feel good. Thanks Richard! From the moment Richard arrived on our wedding day, he brought with him the kind of warmth, humour, and ease that every couple hopes for. He had this incredible ability to make everything feel effortless — never intrusive, never staged — just beautifully natural. In fact, there were times we forgot we were being filmed at all, which speaks volumes about how seamlessly he worked in the background, capturing every laugh, tear, and tender glance without ever making us feel on display. When we received our Instagram wedding reel, we were completely floored. Somehow, in just a few minutes, Richard managed to distil the essence of our day — the joy, the emotion, the love — into something so moving and cinematic that it left us both in tears. It was like watching a dream version of our wedding, only it was real, and it was ours. We are counting down the days until we see the full video, but even just from the reel, it’s clear that Richard has a rare gift. He doesn’t just document a day — he tells a story, your story, in the most thoughtful and breathtaking way. We are endlessly grateful to him for giving us a memory we can treasure forever.
