My wife and I have been customers for a while and we canceled today. The quality had gone down a bit as of late, but we were still more or less happy with our membership. My bar code has never scanned properly and one of the employees once told me that it is because I drive an EV and my windshield is different. I have no tint or anything, but I took it at face value. Employees have always been helpful and opened the gate for me since I get stuck otherwise. Today at 1pm was busy, and when I got to the front of the line, I felt terrible because I knew I’d be holding up traffic. I quickly got the attention or a blonde female employee who was helping someone with a membership in the middle lane. We made eye contact and I explain that it wasn’t scanning my barcode. She spent 5 minutes helping this customer, which was already annoying given that I needed 5 seconds of her time and there were 20 cars waiting, but he was as first so I waited patiently. What made me furious was that she then completely ignored me and walked back to her booth. I had to honk and get the attention of another employee who finally let me through the gate. To make matters worse, the whole car wash shut down halfway through my wash. When I got to the end, my car wasn’t dry and I still had soap everywhere. I was already going to cancel based off of the employee who ignored me, but this was just some salt on the wound on my way out. Will not be back.
The wash was awesome. So was Seth! Thank you for the awesome experience. They have everything you need to keep the inside of your car clean! Wash did a great job on the exterior as well. Will be coming back
I had a fantastic experience at the car wash thanks to Richard! He was very friendly, professional, and helpful . His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I highly recommend this place and especially Richad’s excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks again.
I had an excellent experience at this car wash! The service was fast, and professional.My car came out looking spotless thanks to Angels help! The level of care and attention to detail is unmatched!! This is hands down the best car wash I’ve been to, and I wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else! Highly, highly recommend🚘✨
Best place to get my car cleaned Ronnie was very attentive and helpful. He cleaned my car Mats spotless and shiny. I've been to many car washes, and the common problem that I used to have is with the hoses.The pressure is low can barely get your car cleaned. here It's very strong. And easy to use The membership bit pricey tho for just one car each month.
