Former client/patient here. Leaving this review in hopes it will expedite the sending of the exercise I was told over a month ago I would receive. Four emails, asked in person… nothing. Hard to do your home routine when they will not tell you what it is.
Dr. Josh Woodson was the first PT I've ever seen. He was really awesome to work with, led me through all of my weeks of training and got me healed up in almost exactly the time he said. He's very experienced and knowledgeable and I won't hesitate to see him for any future PT needs!
I want to thank the desk ladies Cameron and Raven for being very friendly and helpful in printing my schedule every week. Despite May changes in the schedule. They are both ever accomodating with a smile. When it comes to the therapist Andrea has been wonderful as well as Sammy. They are very knowledgeable and professional in how they treat me. I appreciate their patience in answering all my questions. This has been the best physical therapy I have attended. Carla Staufert-Sevier
This place used to be great. This time around we’ve had endless issues with the staff. My son has the flu. He had an appointment today so I left a voicemail yesterday (Sunday) letting them know he’s sick. Today I was informed by Raven that since I didn’t call FRIDAY to cancel, there would be a $50 charge. How in the world would I have predicted on Friday that he’d have the flu or any other illness before Monday’s appt? Several weeks ago, they notified me he missed an appointment that was created on their end in error. I had a work obligation and there is zero chance I would have made him an appointment at the same time. I stood at the front desk to make several future appointments and was looking at my calendar while doing so. When I called to explain that I didn’t make that appointment, multiple people argued with me and the reluctantly agreed to waive the fee as a one time courtesy. It isn’t a “courtesy”when it’s your mistake… it’s just the right thing to do. I emailed and left phone messages for their clinical director, Josh. He never bothered to respond. That’s incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Now, if the therapist has a sick kid and has to cancel last minute, that’s acceptable. I would never NOT be understanding about something like that because I have 3 kids and I get it. That same grace needs to be extended to patients. I am a health care provider. I understand cancellation policies and fees very well. Those policies are needed but you still need to be reasonable when enforcing them. Telling someone they need to know on Friday that they’re going to be sick in 3 days, is utterly asinine. Enjoy your $50. It’s all you’re getting because we won’t be back.
The best physical therapy place I’ve been to over 30 years of surgeries. The facility is clean, not overly crowded and the staff is wonderful. My therapist Andrea Richard is so knowledgeable, educated, pushes you to the limit to get you better than you ever been and a great bedside manner. Greatest place!
