I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with the Spiral Scout team. I discovered Spiral Scout after having had negative experiences with two previous web developers. I’d worked with a designer on a Figma file and needed it to be translated to a Shopify site. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and technical expertise. In terms of design, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The team remained faithful to the original files. This was especially key given that a lot of time had gone into designing the Figma files. Where it was necessary to make deviations, they made recommendations that aligned with my brand and translated it into a beautiful online presence. Towards the end of the project, a particularly challenging design issue arose that was difficult to crack. The entire team, across functions, was committed to the process and ultimately figured out how to solve the problem. The communication throughout the entire process was also great. We had weekly meetings to review progress and troubleshoot any concerns. As someone new to web design and e-commerce, they took time to explain the process and were patient in answering my questions. I highly recommend Spiral Scout to other companies in need of building a Shopify site.

My company recently partnered with Spiral Scout to help clarify our vision and build our website. Our initial conversations were with John, Spiral Scout's CEO, who immediately understood our project and answered many, many questions with patience and professionalism. We then collaborated with Spiral Scout's Business Analyst to consider the logic and flow of our site, particularly related to our plans for automated tasks. This all took place prior to the Project Manager and Web Developers beginning work and we benefited greatly from this phase of the project. Our site features several integrations for electronic signatures, payments, chat, automated emails, etc; Spiral Scout's team was able to tie everything together seamlessly.
