I have been going to Spoil Me Pet Spa for many years. Alissa does an amazing job every time and she is a perfectionist. I would recommend her to anyone who needs grooming services for their dog. She goes above and beyond to make my dog look amazing whether it's just a bath or a full haircut. She even was able to get my dog in for an unscheduled bath appointment very quickly one time when I asked. I can't say enough good things about her and the grooming services! If you want a professional groomer who consistently does a wonderful job each time. this is the place!

I recently took my puppy to Alissa for grooming and unfortunately left feeling scammed and disrespected. Their website says to text for consultations for puppies, as they require more attention, which made me feel more comfortable and confident in their ability to handle young dogs. I texted and received a very brief phone call before scheduling. When I dropped my puppy off, the interaction was again quick and impersonal. The appointment was supposed to include a full bath, haircut, and nail trim. Less than an hour later, Alissa called to say my puppy was too high anxiety and trying to jump off the table, so she wouldn’t do the trim. When I picked him up, I asked if I could hold him so she could try again or at least show me, but she refused. I explained that he’s been groomed before, including nail trims, without any issues. He gets bathed weekly and even had x-rays done at the vet last week without sedation or restraint — he’s clearly manageable when treated gently and patiently. She told me she’s been grooming for six years — yet still wouldn’t do it. She charged me $70 for only a bath and blow dry, which seemed very expensive. The original appointment was supposed to be $95. When I looked at the receipt, it didn’t even list the services performed. My puppy still felt damp, and his coat hadn’t been brushed — hair was coming off in clumps. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, overpriced, and disappointing. I would not recommend Alissa to anyone bringing in a puppy or looking to be treated with respect.
