I special ordered tires for my mountain bike. Soorts basement was awesome at service, and communicated along the way. I always appreciate their excellent service and reasonable prices.
I went to this store after having a horrible experience at the Bryant store. Reed was amazing, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything (I’m a first time skier). He fitted my boots with expertise and explained everything. He then went over all of the options for skis, asking me tons of questions to determine the best fit for me. I learned a ton and bought all of my equipment, including clothing, with co finance that I am prepared with the equipment that I need to give me the best chances of success. Reed is awesome!!
How can you not love Sports Basement? Every time I go in I feel like I've been given license to shopping in a beloved family member's insanely well-stocked garage. Whether it's hand-crafted signs, or helpful sales people, or jokes at the check-out counter, I look forward to a trip to my fave sporting goods store.
Sports Basement is on another level — especially the Bikes Department. I can’t say enough about [Thad] and [Angel]. These guys redefine what great customer service looks like. Knowledgeable, incredibly nice, and always responsive — the kind of team members you actually look forward to dealing with. Every interaction feels effortless and genuine. I’ve shopped at multiple Sports Basement locations over the years — even bought skis and boots at two others — and every time, the experience has been unforgettable. This location continues that same tradition of excellence from the front of the store all the way to the back. Huge shoutout as well to [Adam], a newer team member in the bike center who already operates like a seasoned pro. Equally knowledgeable, patient, and great to work with.
