Our dog Pumpkin went for his very first time and he had a great time!!! So much fun, staff is great, give the dogs lots of attention, they are very friendly. Definitely Pumpkin will go back foe more play dates/dog daycare.

They were incredibly wonderful with our pup, Kaia. On her first stay, she was very anxious due to being new to the city. Shelby was very patient with her and took great care of her. She also helped us understand how we can make her boarding experience less stressful in the future. The whole staff is very nice and welcoming.

I can’t thank your team enough for taking care of my fur baby. He is a lot to handle! Springbank Pet Resort took my pup in for 15 days, which is an extremely long time. If you do the math, that’s 105 dog days for my pup! Winston is obnoxious, likes one on one attention, doesn’t do extremely well with other dogs (because he’s a bit possessive). SPR gave me updates while I was away and reassured me that they’ve experienced other dogs like mine before. They suggested one on one time with their caregivers to make sure their staff and Winston were both comfortable. I was nervous that they’d call my emergency contact because he was too much for them, but they took corrective actions to make sure their staff and Winston were both comfortable. It’s not easy leaving your fur baby for a long period of time, and SPR gave me the reassurance I needed while I was away. He’s home, healthy, and I’m pretty sure he misses his caregivers. Thank you again SPR for not judging, being so patient, and loving my pup for the 105 dog days he was with you.

Trial run at boarding for our reactive dog lily went very well! No issues at all. She came back happy , healthy and tired from her two day stay. It's so nice to have peace of mind that we have someone to trust to care of our fur baby so that we can vacation especially when she is so anxious. Highly recommend! ♡

I had a great experience boarding my dog Polly here. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and I could tell Polly was well taken care of and happy during her stay. She even made some new dog friends! Communication was smooth and I really appreciated the photo updates. Thank you Glenn and the whole team — we’ll definitely be back!
