I had a wonderful experience at St. John’s Jewelry! I brought in my original engagement diamond to be reset into a new setting and paired with a new band, and the results are absolutely stunning. Adrian was incredibly patient and accommodating as I navigated different styles, making sure every detail aligned with my vision. They walked me through every step of the process with genuine care and attention. I was so hoping to have it back in time for the holidays, and they delivered right on schedule! I’m thrilled with my purchase and so glad I chose to shop local. Highly recommend!
I've had my bracelet repaired before by another jewelery store before. They simply bent the links back together (something I could have done) and they charged me. As soon as I entered St John's jewelry, they were immediately friendly and helpful. They took my bracelet, added an extra sturdier link, then told me I owed them nothing. I DEFINITELY will be coming back. And it's in a really cute area attached to a mom and pop pharmacy. Reminds me of the way things were decades ago.
Had permanent jewelry taken off for a procedure and put back on by them with no issues (only place in town I could find that would service other’s work and so glad I did find them) I left with two additional pretty necklaces! Such a great experience both visits I had here! I will be returning with friends and family! Highly recommend!!
This place came highly recommended by family, who has been coming here for years. I went in too have some custom work and restoration of family ring to repurpose for my proposal. I was initially nervous about how this all works. But, Adrian was absolutely helpful and made this a breeze. He is knowledgeable, professional, and has a genuine personality that made this decision easy. They finished the work well within what I expected. The ring is absolutely perfect.
