When I filed my taxes with him, the process was handled thoroughly and in detail. However, after my return was sent back by the CRA (not his fault), I reached out for clarification and support. That’s when things went downhill — he became extremely unprofessional and eventually stopped communicating altogether. Given all the positive reviews, this experience was both disappointing and frustrating.
