We have used STL Heating and AC for work in our primary residence, our rental properties, and a commercial space. Over the years, they have done regular maintenance and repairs and installed new AC units, furnaces and a complex steam boiler. Their service on-site and communication is excellent. STL Heating and AC is not the cheapest, but their work is high quality and worth it.
Genuinely do not trust this company. Please read before hiring for service! Kevin is the owner and he was my technician, he just doesn’t have any customer service. I explained the issue and he claimed it was fixed. I had to call back after he left because the fan wouldn’t shut off and constantly blew air even when the thermostat was set to off. It took 4 calls and 2 complaints and I got him back on the phone he argued and interrupted me multiple times. At the end of the call, he actually admitted to making a mistake. I asked for a refund and he offered partial. He wouldn’t give a full refund because he said he needed the money for gas and insurance on the vehicle. A real business owner would have ate that cost, in my opinion. It was very disheartening what happened and I truly hope no customer has to go through this experience. I feel so sorry for his employees with the little interaction I had with this owner.
We have been doing business with St Louis Heating And Air since August of 2019. They have provided excellent service, with honesty and competitive pricing while maintaining and replacing aging systems at our multi unit building. Austin keeps things running efficiently with the preventative maintenance, and Kevin and Mandy did a great job with a recent new furnace install, going above and beyond expectations, Mandy pointed out a problem with a water heater installed by another company (since corrected) that could have presented a carbon monoxide safety issue. We certainly appreciate what they do and highly recommend them for whatever your HVAC needs Happen to be.
Kevin from St Louis Heating and Air Conditioning was super helpful! He explained everything clearly and gave great advice for how I can better take care of my system moving forward. The turnaround on my unit being fixed was fast and efficient!
Kevin and Mandy have been just amazing! They have helped us several times with great service and saved my sister $1,000s of dollars when another company told her she needed a whole new system; when in fact she just needed a capacitor replaced.
