I've now used StarCore Cleaning for four different services, and I can confidently say they are in a league of their own. My experiences have been so consistently excellent that I finally had to write this review. I first hired them for a deep clean of my home, and the results were stunning—they tackled areas I didn't even think to ask about, like the top of the cabinets and the baseboards. The second time was for a move-in cleaning on a new property, and they left it absolutely spotless, making the moving process so much less stressful. What truly sets StarCore apart, however, is their incredible customer service. They have a real individual approach; they actually listen to what you need and tailor their service accordingly. It never feels like a one-size-fits-all operation. You can tell they are deeply customer-oriented and genuinely care about your complete satisfaction. After four flawless jobs, I don't hesitate to call them the best cleaning company in Tonawanda and Buffalo. I will absolutely be a repeat customer for all my future cleaning needs and won't hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.
I am a regular customer at Starcore. I order deep cleaning and regular house cleaning. I like that the guys do the best cleaning for an adequate price. The manager is polite, and the cleaners are professionals. I can confidently recommend this company.
10/10, booked last second for a move-out clean. Came on-time and got it done in 3 hours, absolutely spotless. Surprised at how easy it was to work with, all at perfectly reasonable pricing. Was originally scheduled with another company, but they decided to push my order to the next day for some reason. Suffice to say, I will be calling Starcore again for a move-in clean 👍
