I had an amazing experience finding THE DRESS here with the help of Kennedy! He was very professional and fun at the same time and made my vision a reality finding the dress! The store is huge and they have lots of dresses to try on! Kennedy went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress for the big day! Thank you Kennedy!
Kim and other staff were helpful and friendly during my first-ever wedding dress shopping and try-ons. There are a lot of dresses to choose from. They also have a designer in-house to make customizations to the dress. Those customizations, however, are a little limited as they can't modify substantial design elements of the base dress, but they CAN add things such as ribbons, straps, sleeves, appliques, or remove appliques that are easy to remove (not fully embroidered into the fabric). So there is some limitation, but overall I felt that for the price and the service this place is wonderful. They also offered us complimentary water during the try-on. 🙂For those interested, there is a smaller section of designer formal gowns in other colors in case you are shopping for other events (maybe prom).
Had such an incredibly disappointing and shocking experience today with my friend who was a bride. She just purchased a wedding dress here for over $3000 and wanted to try them out for alterations. When I arrived, I went to the front desk to speak with an employee who, while I was speaking, put her finger up to answer the phone to silence. Me and I was so shocked that I just walked away to find my friend who is in her alterations appointment when I got back there there were only enough seats for two people which it was a small area so I can understandingly let that go, but after about seven minutes of pinning my friend into a dress they quoted her $1100 for an American bustle, a ham and for the dress to be taken in. While I’m not getting onto them about their prices, it was so incredibly shocking that they had a policy that stated if they didn’t go through alterations, they would be forced to pay $100. The seamstress, then told my best friend who has the bride and I quote “ you need to pay me $100 for wasting my time” while I understand that may be a policy of theirs. It is stated nowhere, nor is it told to the bride whatsoever and the audacity of her to say it in such an abrupt and disgustingly rude way was so shocking and took me back. My friend was then forced to pay the $100 and told to wait in the lobby for them to unpin her dress. After 20 minutes of waiting for the dress to be unpinned, I walked back into the alterations area only to find the seamstress in an appointment with another bride, it completely disregarding us and acting like we’ve been forgotten the entire time we were treated like we weren’t paying customers, and it was an incredibly upsetting experience for my best friend. While we were waiting up in the front for the dress there were two employees that were sitting up at the front one of them who put their finger up in my face speaking loudly and rudely about me in my group like we didn’t just spend over $3000 in your establishment. I can only assume since multiple employees have this exact same attitude that it is a cultural issue that starts from the top of the company and trickles its way down. As I’m sure you are aware of being a bridal company, a bridal experience something that comes once in a lifetime for most women and it is extremely devastating that it is now tarnished for my best friend by the actions of your employees. We then had an employee bring us the address and insist on walking us out with the dress and while walking us out through the parking lot backhandedly told us that if we go somewhere cheaper, we better make sure they do it right because the cheap spots aren’t always better and I was just so fed up. It took everything in me to not cause a scene. There needs to be some serious customer service training when it comes to this company. It is extremely common for brides to shop around for alterations and the way your staff handled this situation was so disgusting and disappointing. Your entire company should be ashamed of yourselves. I expect to be reached out to buy upper management Within the week to ensure that this issue will be resolved. I’m going to drop a photo below of the woman who put her hand up at me and was speaking rudely to another employee about me and my group while staring us down and making nasty faces at us and mumbling things under her breath. Do better you all should be ashamed of yourselves.
Got my wedding dress from here and really appreciated the experience! It was a laid back vibe and everyone was really helpful. Went to a couple other bridal shops and they were way more overwhelming. I went on a weekday and had the store pretty much to myself and they spent a bunch of time with me recommending different dresses I might like as well as helping find the veil to go with my wedding dress I wound up getting from them. Would definitely recommend going here!
Edit now that my special day has passed! I absolutely LOVED my dress. I absolutely had the best time shopping here with my mom! Lisa was the absolute sweetest and she knew exactly what she was doing! I felt so supported and beautiful and I definitely recommend you come here to find you wedding dress! You will be in the best hands.
