I got my iPhone screen fixed here and the whole experience was easy. I called first and they gave me a clear price over the phone with no hidden fees. When I got there, they did exactly what they said they would and it was really fast. I like that they explain everything clearly and don't make things complicated. They give you a 30-day warranty which is plenty of time to make sure the phone is working right. They also made it clear the warranty doesn't cover if I drop it and break it again, which is totally fair. If you want a fast repair without any runaround, this is the spot.
I am very happy with this place. José helped me countless times fix way more stuff the just my phone. Whenever I come in with a problem I can count on him to leave here without one. José takes very good care of your belongings and makes sure that you leave satisfied.
I took my son’s phone here for a screen replacement and I’m very unsatisfied with the results. About a month after the first replacement, the screen started glitching badly. I went back since the repair came with a one-month warranty, and they replaced the screen again. Unfortunately, just a month later, the “new” replacement started glitching exactly the same way as the first one. When I returned to the store, the technician told me they couldn’t replace the screen again because the phone frame had some damage that caused the screen to pop up. While I can understand that explanation, it feels like too much of a coincidence that the screen glitched both times in the exact same way. This experience makes me believe the quality of the replacement screens they use is poor. I expected better reliability and service, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on what I experienced. ******Update******** In response to the owner’s message: I received a call today from one of the technicians at the store, where I once again explained the entire situation. They offered for me to bring the phone back so they could take another look, but by then it was already too late — I had taken the phone to a different store. At the new store, the technician opened the phone in front of me and showed me the replacement screen that had been installed previously. The quality was clearly poor. They demonstrated the two types of screens they normally offer: the higher-quality one, thin like a credit card, and a more affordable one, about 1 mm thicker. However, the screen installed on my son’s phone was noticeably thicker — about 2–3 mm more than even the cheaper option. The technician explained this could easily cause the screen to pop out if the phone was dropped. On top of that, I was able to prove that the damage noted by your technician was actually just the screen protector, not the screen itself. Finally, it’s important to note that at no point — neither in your Groupon listing nor during my first visit — was I ever informed about the option between two different screen qualities.
I had an excellent experience getting my 2 iPads repaired here. William handled the repair quickly and professionally, and Ana and Jose were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Great service and highly recommended!
