Paul and Mikey did an amazing job. Most of my house is carpet and I did not want to replace it. They have brought it back to life. Much needed face lift, prices are fair and equipment is top notch. Not to mention the service and accuracy is outstanding. Highly recommend 👌
Excellent experience overall, Tim was helpful and gave a clear break down of services based on need also did an incredible job with the cleaning itself. Very transparent about how to keep a bad carpet (like mine) from getting into a bad place again. I called and within 1 day the service was done! The process is easy, for me there was a vacuum, a clean, the deodorizer, an allergy treatment, and a new protectant. The whole process from quote to completion was about 4 hours. I would recommend them and will use one of their other services in the future. Attached you can see the before and after photos we have one dog and two kids. This is 4 years of buildup.
This is my first time ever getting carpets cleaned professionally, and I can say without a shout of a doubt this company is one I will continue to use any time I need this service rendered. Dean is very thorough, prompt, he’s very friendly and all around positive and joyful person. The company is very efficient in making sure you know when your appointment time is and if there’s a cancellation they happily move you up, give an estimated timeframe of the technician arrival and the technician will even call once they’ve made it. This company truly lives up to an expectation that I will gladly vouch for.
Tim did an awesome job on our carpets. We had to get them professionally steamed/cleaned per our move-out instructions, and he made the whole thing super easy. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and you could actually see the difference right away, stains and traffic areas looked way better and the place smelled clean, not chemicaly. We were impressed enough that we’re probably going to reach out to them again soon to get the stairs cleaned at our new duplex. Definitely recommend.
My time slot was between 8am - 11am. Tim arrived about 830am and explained all the options in complete detailed. Tim is very professional and takes great pride in his work and ensuring the customer is completely satisfied! I haven't had my carpet cleaned in the 8 years that I've lived in my house and can definitely see the difference. I'd gladly tell anyone to use Steam Master, they're awesome!
