I was everywhere looking for someone in fort.Wayne , to help me fix my pendant. I went to two different jewelers one very know here, Jared jewels. They tossed me out like I was not worth it. I needed to get this done for my son's wedding, which would have been in two days at the time. I Know that I was asking for a lot. However , I call my last stop Stephen Shannon Jewelers. Guess what? Not only did they day accept the challenge. Steven, when as far as to tell me that he will get it to me in less than twenty four hours. I am here 24 hours later and my pendant looks amazing. Just like I bought it twenty seven years ago. Now the perfect gift to my son in his wedding. Thank you for your customer service and great attitude. I worked with Alex and he did an excellent job custom making an earring to match. I now don’t even know which was the original and which is the new one. He truly did an amazing job. I’m so happy. Alex also took a second earring which had been lost and made a beautiful necklace out of it. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
Went in today after getting engaged yesterday hoping to get a quick turnaround for my 2 sizes to large engagement ring and He not only promptly helped and saved the day but had my ring resized and back on my finger in less than 20 minutes!!
