They were great. They worked with my budget and they were very helpful in regards to working with my living out of town when my dog had a limp and wasn't eating. He turned out to be ok, and the vets favorite guest! They all came to say bye when we left even the vet!
Took one of my sick cats to Stine Veterinary Hospital the other day. First time I'd ever been there. Everybody was friendly. They were efficient. The wait was not long.The vet was top notch, absolutely the best. Took care of all my cat's needs and gave me good advice. I highly recommend Stine Veterinary Hospital.
Had to put our sweet little dog Flossie to sleep recently. Love that dog so much! Entire staff was great, from the front desk, to the manager, the techs, & doctor. Everyone was very professional, serious, compassionate & understanding. The treat cart in the room to give our pet was a very nice touch. Gave us one last good memory of her enjoying a treat. Thank you Stine Veterinary Hospital.
Outrageous costs!! A simple well puppy exam $110.00, two weeks later nearly $90.00 for the first vaccine (part of that is the “vet tech fee” of $32.00), are you serious!!!!???? The vet tech fee should be covered under the cost of the vaccine , which is about $15.00 if I had done it myself. Shameful!! My first red flag occurred when I had taken a 6 week old Yorkie puppy in (FRAGILE, to say the least) and another patron had her dog on a retractable leash, to which the owner had ZERO control. The dog was going up to other dogs (NOT the dogs fault), and the office staff just allowed this to happen!! The leashed dog had an “accident” in the lobby at some point. The smell was awful! Because of the location, I decided to keep my appointment for his first vaccine and forego my other vet at Southwest Veterinarian…. BIG MISTAKE! Literally, I could have saved OVER $100.00 by sticking with my original vet! Oh and after speaking to the office manager, NO offer to refund some of the OVERINFLATED COSTS! My dogs will be going to a veterinarian/vet office that not only cares about my pets, but cares about my wallet as well!
My dog Oakley had 3 procedures done in one day. I love the staff and Dr Huey was amazing. After 14 days she got her stitches taken out and one of her wounds open back up. Stine Vet took her back in right away to take care of her. Thank You Stine Veterinary for taking such good car of my fur baby. OAKLEY MEDRANO
