I recently had my overcoat altered, and the experience was amazing. The customer service was excellent, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and while the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality of work absolutely justifies the cost.
I dropped my coat off to get my zipper fixed. Not only did they fix the one zipper but they fixed the other as well. It was done within 15 minutes. This my 3rd time here. I won't go anywhere else. If I could give it more stars I would.
Great experience! The service was friendly and comprehensive. I was nervous to have a bridesmaid dress altered as it can be quite involved with lace and sequins and chiffon but they did a great job! The dress fit perfectly and they made sure it was steamed to perfection before I left, thank you!!
Worst customer service EVER! Mahnog (I believe that's her name) was cold, rude, and acted like I was inconveniencing her with my presence. I came in wanting around 5 shirts fitted. I waited at the front desk until she wordlessly came out, waited for me to say what I wanted and pointed at the change room before leaving again. She pinned my shirt and gestured for me to change into the next one. Keep in mind, she had said nothing to me until I had on the second shirt, where she told me each shirt would cost around $35-70 to alter 😵 Never thought altering t-shirts would be so expensive! I ended up paying for the first shirt I tried on since she pinned it and when I went to pick it up, her attitude wasn't any better. She gave me the shirt and walked off. It was still a little loose on me so I waited at the front desk until she noticed me. She looked exasperated that I was still in the store and asked me what I wanted. She didn't look impressed at all and gestured for me to step on the podium, silently re-pinning my shirt. She asked when I wanted the shirt done and I said whenever, thinking it would be a quick fix. She said it would take a week?? I asked if they could have it done sooner stating such and she sighed, saying she asked me when I wanted it done, in such an annoyed tone. She told me she'd get it done within the hour and shooed me off. I have never dealt with someone who has made me feel uncomfortable with how brazenly rude they are. I regret giving this business any of my money and you can count that I'll NEVER be back. What a shame.
This is my first time going to get alterations done on my clothing, and I went into getting my jeans shortened/hemmed blind. I was very nervous to how it would turn out due to the jeans being expensive, and vintage. However, the ladies at this location were very kind, and answered the questions I asked, and extremely quick to get my jeans started right away. The price was also cheap and affordable for the effort and thick material/ matching the thread. They turned out amazing and matched the stitching perfectly, you couldn’t even tell they have been altered. Before, there was many holes and wear & tear at the bottom of the pant legs. 10/10 experience I will recommend to my friends who are also nervous to get alternations done, as the process was quick, easy, and conveniently done. Thank you so much!
