My husband brought his phone in for a cracked screen and lines going down the side of it. They got it done in 30 minutes as advertised, however it was an awful job. The screen did not sit flush with the phone and there was stuff hanging out the side of it. The brightness was off- much darker than normal. And after a week the screen stopped working all together. We knew the phone itself was working because it would still make sounds but the screen was a very dark dark blueish color (almost couldn’t tell) and would then just force shut off for hours at a time. We got it repaired somewhere else and all the issues were fixed and the phone works fine so we know it the previous issues were due to whatever this company did to it. Save your time and especially your money.
I used to take a friend who has a knack for breaking her iPhone screen and they were fantastic! Yesterday another friend had an iPhone bad battery and they were just as good! Friendly, quick and affordable service! I highly recommend them!
Overall, a good place for iPhone repairs. My screen replacement was done efficiently, and the quality of work is solid. The staff was polite, I would surely come back for future repairs!!
I came to STM to have the battery removed in my IPhone 12 Pro Max. The service I received the first time I came here a few months ago was top notch. So, I decided that I’d drive 25 minutes out of my way, past all of the other cell phone repair shops, and bring my business here again. Fortunately, it proved to be another good decision because just like the first time, the service again was top notch! The gentleman who assisted me, Ronnie (I believe was his name), was extremely polite and superbly professional. He was able to access and remove the battery, test the phone in front of me to ensure it was working, and put it back together. This was all within less than a half an hour and for a VERY reasonable price. So, I felt obliged to write a review and give a 5 star rating due to the fact that the assistance I received from Ronnie at STM conforms to the highest standards of service that a customer can receive. Excellent job and I will be back!
