We asked Storm Guard to come out because we had a leak we couldn’t trace. Other roofers wouldn’t come when we indicated we didn’t think we needed a whole new roof. Nik Ewelt inspected from in the attic and found the problem for us. He was pleasant and efficient. Rather than trying to sell us a new roof, he explained why we don’t need one yet. He explained the problem thoroughly. When we do need a roof we are calling him. We really appreciated his honesty.
Storm Guard did an absolutely Amazing job!!!!!! Mary’s team was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, start to finish and even following up with me making the entire experience both enjoyable and rewarding granting me peace of mind and ease through the whole process. Best roofing contractor ever! Professional, courteous, flexible. Our roofing project was hail damage related in which insurance would not cover entire roof. That is until contractor sent samples of section insurance would not cover to an out of state lab for analysis. Insurance covered all! Storm Guard was also flexible with requests we made. From initial inspection, sales, planning, project manager, start and completion date. Could not have been better! Thank you Storm Guard!!!
Storm Guard replaced my roof this week and it looks beautiful! The crew was professional, courteous and did an outstanding job cleaning up when finished. The project team made the process seamless from the moment I contacted them for a quote to completion. I’m very happy with quality and look of the new roof.
Really appreciate the experience with StormGuard! We called them when we noticed some mold in our garage this past fall. They came out and inspected the house and we eventually found that out house was missing the flashing between the roof and the siding. Gotta love the integrity of builders in the early aughts and whoever likely painted over problem areas when they sold us the house. We also had some really crappy vinyl dental molding above our windows that had gaps between the house and the siding as well. So, we clearly had some issues with water ingress. The quote was fair and the work was well done. They covered all the spots of concern and I'm certain our house is in a good spot where they did the work. We would gladly go with StormGuard again when it's time to upgrade or fix other areas of our house.
