Our family recently moved from Maryland to Florida, and we needed all the help we could get! Dean and Henry made the planning process seamless; they were easy to communicate with and quick to put together a quote. Mauro and the moving team were equally fantastic. They arrived early, ready to work, and had our entire house loaded in just four hours. Delivery was exactly on schedule, and they treated our new home with care, ensuring no damage was done. The Straightline crew was incredible once again. I've used them twice for personal moves and once for a commercial move. Every move went off without a hitch. The movers were on-time, prepared, careful and didn't stop moving until the last piece of furniture was put together. I highly recommend them!!
The process went very smoothly. Was important to me to speak to a manager while booking. Not only was Henry extremely helpful he is the owner of the company. Spent a great deal of time with me reviewing my options. The men working day of move were professional.
Absolute best moving experience I’ve ever had! From my first phone call with Henry, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain everything to the actual move, which was flawless. I can’t say enough about this moving company. The two gentlemen showed up on time worked efficiently, were very respectful and friendly. They went above and beyond. I had a sofa that would not fit through the door of my new place and they tried and tried and then finally took the door off the hinges to get it through. They told me they were going to make sure I got all of my furniture. I couldn’t believe it. The pricing was exactly what I was quoted. I highly recommend straightline moving.
The team at Straightline Movers were genuinely lifesavers. I cannot speak more highly of them or recommend them enough. As background, I have always moved myself due to horrific experiences with movers in the past. I recently found myself in a situation where I had to plan a move on a week's notice all by myself. My friend referred me to Straightline and I could not be more grateful. They very quickly reached out to me and worked hard to fit me into their busy schedule in order to accommodate my fast timeline. One thing that struck me from the first phone call with their team was the transparency: Henry very clearly explained how things would work, the costs entailed, and ways to mitigate/plan for those costs. As someone experiencing a lot of moving anxiety at that time, that information helped me feel at ease and built a lot of trust in the process. Leading up to the move was also smooth. They made sure to check in and confirm details. On the day of the move, their team showed up on time and worked incredibly quickly. I found everyone there to be very professional, kind, and reliable. All told, they finished the job with time to spare and with costs coming in a good amount below the quote (which was already reasonable in my opinion). All of my belongings were handled with care as well. I was very impressed and relieved at how much they helped me through a difficult situation. I highly recommend hiring Straightline!
