We hired streamline to install two chandeliers and four outlets. Three of the four outlets are unsafe: - Two of them pushed through the floor upon my first attempt to use them. This shows that a) They don't work and b) weren't tested for continuity, grounding, or even power! - One of them isn't flush with the floor and is loose to the touch. - All other outlets in my house are black, it's unclear why Sharrod chose to use bright white as the color for these. HUGE MESS left in the basement: wood shavings, electrical debris like stripped wires, even the chunks of wood they cut out of the floor were just strewn randomly in the room they were working in. It looks like zero time was spent attempting to even use a hand broom or rag to wipe off the floor, let alone throw away bags used for romex cable, metal shavings, etc. One chandelier is visibly crooked. Sharrod told us that this was because the floor is uneven. I used a four foot level on the floor and it's even. The chandelier is shooting off about five degrees from the ceiling. Part of our wood floor was damaged with three scratches near an outlet. In between visits, electrical gear was left behind and plugged in. Finally, the electrician complained to my wife each visit: about how the company should have scheduled more help, it's too much work, it's getting late, etc.
Very happy with EV charger installation. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Had a relatively complicated install due to finished basement and panel location but they did great. Highly recommend Streamline
The guy who has done all of the work has been friendly and knowledgeable. Did great work and explained everthing do i knew what was going on. Dave Murray did a great job start to finish with an explanation of what would happen, when and I understood everything. I’m very happy with my new post light and the whole house surge protector. I highly recommend this company and. Especially Dave.
Electrician showed up on time, was courteous and professional. Did a high quality installation in a short time and cleaned up after himself. If you need an electric vehicle charger and circuit breaker installed, these people can do a good job of it.
June 14,2023 Utterly disgraceful,inconsiderate and disrespectful how the technician destroyed my plants,grass,and freshly planted flowers and mulch. He had the option and opportunity to allow the “trenches “to put the dirt in my driveway but instead he decided it(threw)should go onto my flower baskets bushes,and flowers. Destroyed my hasta’s..Not to mention the light on newly installed light post has been blinking on and off since installation. It was a sunny day 6-14-2023 I was told the shade was the reason the light was blinking.😏After speaking with “authorities” on June 15,2023 a technician was scheduled to come back out which he did but never got out of the vehicle. DTE referred this company and I promise I have a complaint awaiting for them as well. Very Very disappointed and unsatisfactory is an understatement. I will NEVER refer this company to ANYONE! Not willing to accommodate me for anything with isn’t fair not even a proper clean up and grass seeds.. I’m appalled at this point
