I actually have fun and a few laughs while she's kicking our glutes Her Restorative Yoga is pure bliss: one hour of total relaxation, not thinking of work, my to-do lists or anything other than getti g into these moves , that i actually can do and then enjoying the best sleep afterward. I was looking for a female personal trainer on the Hamilton mountain and came across Sandra’s name. Right from the very start she was very easy going and booked us in to come and meet her and view her gym space. She listened to what my needs were and rearranged her schedule to fit me in for the times that worked best for me! So happy to have found her and glad to be starting my fitness journey again!
I’ve been working with Sandra on mobility, focusing a lot on my hips and knees since flexibility has always been a struggle for me. I used to deal with knee pain, but I realized recently that I haven’t felt any pain in weeks! Whatever we’re doing is working, and I’m excited to keep at it. Sandra is also super personable, but at the same time will push you to your limit (while giving modifications along the way) to ensure you are getting your money's worth.
