My friend and I played the escape room. The environment was very cool and the puzzles seemed well designed. I also liked the effects. What I didn’t enjoy was that a crucial key was locked in a lock box that didn’t fit the aesthetics of the room and had the same code as another puzzle. Even though the were clues in the notebook for a different code. Because we got to the end and somehow bypassed this crucial key, we were trying to open this lockbox in the dark. This whole thing could’ve been solved with a combination lock on the chest, instead of an out of place lock box. Secondly, at times (even when we had the correct answer) things wouldn’t respond and we’d be waiting minutes trying to understand what was happening. Finally, we were given free escape room tickets as compensation that turned out to be expired June 2025. It is now 2026. Good hard room, it’s a shame it was faulty.
Merry Beth and Kal went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. They were so accommodating, friendly, and attentive, and honestly made the entire night unforgettable. A perfect 10/10 experience they truly deserve recognition (and a raise!)

We recently held our Christmas corporate event at Strike, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire department attended—over 60 team members—which made for a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. A special shout-out to our wonderful hosts: Jess, Lee, Katherine, and Felix. Their energy, organisation, and attention to detail made everyone feel welcome and ensured the event ran smoothly. They went above and beyond to accommodate our group and created a truly memorable experience. The food and drinks were excellent, with something for everyone to enjoy. Our team especially appreciated the fresh, varied menu and the prompt service throughout the evening. The activities were a highlight of the night. The dart game provided some friendly competition, and karaoke brought out the inner performers in our team! Both helped break the ice and gave everyone a chance to relax and have fun together. Overall, Strike was the perfect venue for our Christmas party. The combination of great hosts, delicious food and drinks, and engaging activities meant there was never a dull moment. The atmosphere was amazing, and it created the perfect environment for celebrating as a team. Highly recommended for corporate events—thanks again to Jess, Lee, Katherine, and Felix for helping make our night so memorable!
Wen there on a recent stay to the Novotel and got a free game of bowling as part of our package. The man on reception booked us in for 3, knowing we wanted to play straight away and as it was 230 only had 30 minutes to kill, however a lane came available and he kindly called my wife to say to quickly come back. The venue was great, $10 beers and nice hot chips. Maybe I should have held on the beer though as I came second :-). A great venue, always a lot of fun and we will definately go back.
