Stronghold proved to be a good choice to go with and had a good experience from start to finish. Special thanks to Brad who made me feel comfortable going through the whole process with good aftercare advice given also. I'm pleased with my first ever tattoo and would recommend using Stronghold.
Accepted a walk on the day. Sean walked me through the process and told me everything I needed to know. Steve who done my piece was efficient and reassuring because i was a little nervous as it was ly first tattoo. The site itself is very cool, its a great set up. Overall really pleased with the experience
great place! the decor is super funky, i have been here several times now in the last couple months & Brad is always lovely & chill. i like to dissociate sometimes in the tattooing process and dont always want to talk and its nice to have someone that there can be a comfy silence with. at first i was hesitant to be tattooed by a guy as id not had the nicest experiences before and hadnt been tatted by a guy in a couple years - but he made the experience a good one and i even felt so okay to book in a full two day back session !!! the tattoos done by him have healed wonderfully & am now in the process of healing the gorg backpiece ✨ will be back for more for sure highly recommend to anyone :)))
Will say people here v v lovely but had a tattoo done the other day as a walk in and asked about two fallen angels we agreed on a price and they said ovs it won’t be as detailed because of the size ect which I understood but once home and washes I’ve realised there’s shading coming out of the line work and a hand that been badly messed up and shading that’s been done incorrectly which now will have to get fixed :( some really good tattoo artists go there also! Like harry! He’s amazing! But really upset with my tattoo. Mistakes shown in photos below I don’t know maybe miss communication? But really upset photos shown below of the hand and the shading outside of lines by the leg and face that looks nothing like the original photo :(
