Studio Blue changed my life. After years of gaining weight, not working out, and developing health conditions, I knew I needed help. I’ve been training at Studio Blue for a year and a half now and I can’t sing enough its praises. Dan and Wendi have been my instructors, and they are both extremely skilled and professional while also being warm and friendly. My body, and especially my core, are much stronger than they used to be. I got more benefit from the past year and a half of Pilates than I did from ten years of yoga. Also, my training has vastly improved my stamina and physical strength and endurance, which has been so fun for my sex life!
Dropped in for an open level class with Dan: wonderfully welcoming and creative sequencing. Dan masterfully taught a small group live as well as on livestream. His cueing was very clear and exercises unique while accessible to all levels.
