Master Tatiana is a high-class professional! I could see it many times, I always use only her services, her hands work wonders! I'm a blonde, I have long hair, I do highlights and toning, it always turns out a beautiful blonde, cutting the tips and wonderful styling! Tanya is always very open and friendly, she will help with professional advice. I always get beautiful from her with the result I expected or even better! I highly recommend, a master of her craft!
I can’t recommend this hairdresser enough! TATIANA has an amazing personality that immediately makes you feel at ease. What stood out most was how she understood exactly what I wanted without me even having to over-explain. Out of all the hairdressers I’ve tried, she truly went above and beyond. I recently got my hair done by Anna, and I just have to say how much I loved everything. She was so gentle and professional, and the whole experience was super comfortable. I asked for soft waves, and she did them perfectly — they stayed in place all day and even looked amazing the next day, which honestly surprised me in the best way. Anna really pays attention to details and listens to what you want. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the results. I definitely recommend going to her — you won’t regret it. I have been going to Anna for over two decades! Found her through a friend and continued to go to her because she is knowledgeable, and truly unique in her trade. She has colored, highlighted, balayaged, cut, and styled my hair too many times to count. Each time I go to her with a photo of what I want to look like; what I admire most about Anna is she will look at that photo and listen to my hair wants and give her expert opinion on what we should do in the session and the results are incredible, each time. As an added bonus, Anna is kind and quick and easy to connect with. I have and will continue to recommend her to others!
WARNING – DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE ⚠️ I paid $1,230 at Style Factory / Hair & Eyelash Extensions for what was supposed to be high-quality Slavic virgin hair extensions and coloring. What I received was a disaster. – The hair was synthetic-looking and falling out within days – My natural hair was burned, chopped unevenly, and severely damaged – The extensions were applied thin, patchy, and in the wrong places – I received only a handwritten receipt for $380, despite paying the full amount in cash When I politely asked for a refund and sent photos of the damage, they first agreed to help — then CANCELLED the appointment and BLOCKED me. This was not just bad service — this was deceitful, unprofessional and humiliating. I couldn’t leave the house without hiding my hair for days. I have filed official complaints with the Attorney General of Pennsylvania, the Better Business Bureau, and the State Board of Cosmetology. I am warning everyone: DO NOT risk your money, health, or self-esteem in this place. They take your cash and your dignity. UPDATE – 2 weeks after the service: After the third wash only two weeks after the service every single hair extension fell out completely. I was left with nothing. They literally slipped off while I was gently combing through conditioner, exactly as instructed. Im devastated. I have experience with extensions , I’ve worn them for 18 months in the past, and even professional stylists had trouble removing them. Here, they didn’t even last three weeks. On top of that, my natural hair is now thin, broken, and damaged. I was never given a full receipt — only a handwritten paper for $380, even though I paid $1,230 in cash. After I complained, the owner told me I had to delete my negative reviews to get a “correction appointment” — and even then, I was expected to pay more. This is not just bad service. It’s dishonest, careless, and unprofessional. I strongly warn anyone considering this salon for hair extensions — the quality, the ethics, and the attitude are all unacceptable. I will never return, and I advise others to protect themselves and go elsewhere.
