The heating unit was not working at my mom’s house on NYE day when we returned from a trip. I called the team at Sucoy HVAC They came out the next day. They were punctual and diagnosed the problem quickly. Del, the tech, clearly explained what the problem was was. It did take a few days to get the part due to the holiday. But I was thoroughly pleased with the service and the price. I highly recommend.

Mr. Su Coy was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the technician, Dale, arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained the issue in simple terms. The installation team was efficient, clean, and respectful of my home. My new system works perfectly, and my home is comfortable year-round. I highly recommend this company for their honesty, professionalism and great customer service!
If i could give a 10 star i would! After calling around for my water damage late night Su Coy was the first to respond and at my house within 1 hour! The technicians were very helpful and reasured me i was in good hands. They were prompt to put an air scrubber for the Mold i didnt even though I had under the sink that had been leaking . The techs were very professional and respectful being a single mom of 2 that made me feel very at ease and comfortable .Super satisfied with their work, ethics and professionalism . I definitely recommend Su coy if you want reasonable prices for honest professional work!!!!

I had water damage in my basement and they came fast to fix it. They cleaned up the mold, dried the walls, and made sure everything was safe. They also cleaned my air ducts and checked the HVAC system. The team was friendly and did a good job. My home feels clean and fresh now.
