Honestly this place is Great the prices are reasonable. Jessie is so nice and helpful. She helped us at the entrance where you pay and then she was picking up the trash by the vacuums when we came out the wash. Great Job Girl!!!

I received a free $25.00 carwash, from a promotional add off of facebook. i do believe this is one of the packages with more services (cleaners), if not the highest priced. i was appreciative of that. i absolutely LOVED the way it cleaned my whole entire car. After the rain, my car needed a good bath. The soaps and other products used here, they seem to be of high-quality. The protectant coating has kept up and added a good shine. The leather and vinyl conditioner at the vacuum stalls, helped to restore the dryness due to normal wear and tear. I do have one complaint. I noticed my 1 license plate was bent from the car washing channel. Would like something to be done just for the damage to my brand new custom plate. Just they issue was what kept me from giving a 5 ⭐ rating, otherwise this great carwash. Go ahead and try them out!

Please DO NOT get a membership at this place! My husband who is a Veteran and he works 70 hrs or more a week went to wash his new truck yes it is a 2020 But we got it less than a year ago no damage whatsoever so he gets off work tired and he goes through and gets his truck washed. The side mirror broke off in the tunnel. He comes home didn’t notice it until 4am next morning when he’s going back to work so I go and tell John the manager about it. They found it broken and cracked in the tunnel and just handed it back to me like that! I told him are they going to pay to get it fixed he said yes and he just needs to put a claim he says he will know 7 business days. I asked him today about it and he said they DENIED his claim because he left and didn’t tell them about the damage that same day! But they have cameras in the tunnel and they handed the mirror to me themselves so obviously it broke there! Then his other excuse not to fix it was they don’t pay to fix ANY vehicles 5 years or older! SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️ We have been customers since they first opened and this place is the worst! Down to the moldy smelling rags they give you to the vacuums not working my car is still dirty everytime I leave it definitely doesn’t clean the tires and that mat cleaner is a complete joke! They come up to you and try to get you to pay them CASH on the side instead of paying your membership so they can keep the money whoever owns this place better take a closer look as to what goes on at this location because when you have an actual “manager” approaching people for his side hustle you may have a BIGGER problem then not paying out legitimate claims on damages to vehicles! Oh and btw EVERYTHING I said I have proof of I videotaped EVERYTHING so get ready I will be uploading those videos to social media to show what kind of dirty business this truly is!!!!!!!!
