The layout is complete trash. Getting out of the vacuum to the wash line is a nightmare. They favor the non-membership line. They no longer wash the undercarriage. The back of the car gets mostly ignored stains and damaging salts still underneath and behind the car. There is Zero proper drying. Prices keep going up. This is the max tier membership btw.
I had an excellent experience at Suds Car Wash Factory on Roosevelt Boulevard, thanks to Crystal. She signed me up for the Sensational package, which includes everything, and the car wash itself was outstanding. Crystal was incredibly kind, caring, and professional, and she maintained a great conversation throughout the process. You can genuinely tell that she enjoys her job and takes pride in helping customers, which makes the whole experience that much better. Because of her positive attitude and great customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Crystal if you stop by!
I’m extremely satisfied with this car wash! The prices are truly affordable, and the quality of service is top-notch. The staff is very polite, especially Marvin, who’s always ready to help. I’ve been a customer for several months now and I’m completely pleased with the results. The car wash is efficient, and my car always comes out sparkling clean. I highly recommend it to everyone!
I had a great experience at Suds Factory Car Wash! The place was clean, organized, and my car came out looking spotless. I especially want to thank Michelle — she was incredibly nice, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Suds Factory to friends and family!
I came today to get my car cleaned. This was my first time here. I’ve rode past this establishment many of times. I needed a wash so I figured I’d try them out. Well. I will not be returning. First, I must say Nisha was very polite. I appreciate that. However, my car wash didn’t meet my expectations, yet I paid more than I pay other places. My car was still wet when I left so I needed to use my windshield wipers and my side mirrors had to dry as I drove down the Blvd. To make matters worse when I got out of my car I had scratches so deep and obvious I was sick. Bird poo was still on my car. I am disappointed.
