It's great to still find companies with a good moral compass. I acted pretty rudely over some pricing misunderstanding. Even after I threw my little fit they unexpectedly offered us a more then generous discount. Not to mention their customer service was tope notch. We rented a power washer from the north division store. We had a difficult time getting it started, The motor kept dying. We used it for a short time, and the next morning we returned it. We added back the little gas we used to within a half inch from the lip of the tank. Upon returning it, they said it wasn’t full and charged us $14 for gas. I will never rent anything from them again. That clearly was not ethical and not a good business practice. We also will tell all of our friends that we do not recommend them.
