Extremely disappointed to get double booked and I get a call the day of New Year’s Eve morning telling me I can’t stay there because they had a reservation since November for same day. When I called over phone to booked originally not good customer service. I got refund but poor professionalism.

Comfy beds, nice shower, free street parking all around makes things easy. Communication from staff was easy. Not the most spacious spot if that's what you're looking for, but great price and location.

We stayed here for a quick trip to see an art show in the Golden Gate Park (easy walk to the De Young Museum), and it was an ideal stay. The host was very communicative and went out of his way to help us. I appreciated the water dispenser in the room. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and the shower pressure was great. Cleanliness wasn't an issue in the shared bathroom. It is in a very walkable area and is very close to bus and traincar stops. It was very easy to get from the SFO airport to the building by public transportation.

Great location in Sunset district. My wife and I loved our time here. It's quaint like all good B&Bs are... - Great walkable location! Quiet neighborhood - Wake up early and walk the Hidden Garden Steps up to Grandview Park - Take a Waymo to Twin Peaks and bask in Sutro Tower - Walk to Golden Gate Park and grab a taro "Pineapple Bun" along the way! - If you need to do laundry I recommend Circle Wash near Sunset Reservoir... maybe there are a few closer ones but it's a good excuse to also hit up Sweet & Smile massage and Cafe Bakery Restaurant!

Check in was super easy, and the host was very responsive to questions and concerns. Rooms and amenities are exactly like the website. We missed breakfast to participate in a race and they just put it in our fridge for us to enjoy later, and it made a fantastic lunch. I would definitely recommend this place and we're already talking about staying here again next year!
