I just arranged to have my car brought in and I have to say, there was a person answering the phone who was incredibly well spoken, friendly, thorough, professional and really gave me the confidence that my car is going to be in good hands. I had my Toyota repaired here after an accident, and they did an excellent job. Almost a year later, I realized a large piece left on the road after the accident had not been part of the bumper but the lower engine cover. While Super Euro had not been aware of this, they were very understanding and quickly approved the additional repair with ICBC within the hour. Ricky was professional, responsive, and ensured everything was handled. Overall, I’m very happy with the repair quality and highly recommend Super Euro for their top-notch, trustworthy service.
I brought my Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid to Supereuro Body Shop after an accident, and they exceeded all expectations. The repair was flawless — you’d never know it was damaged — and they even cleaned the car inside and out before returning it. Super honest, professional, and kind. Highly recommend!
This is the first time I visited the shop. My dad recommended it to me. When I entered the premises, I was greeted by a friendly lady named Ai. She was very kind, and took some pictures of the scratches on my car. Then she called in her supervisor Ricky, who was a very nice man. They didn’t make me feel as if I’m pressured to get it fixed or as if I made a huge embarrassing mistake with the scratches. I felt respected and treated nicely. This is great customer service! I was able to get a courtesy car from Ricky immediately, and retrieve my car in two days. The job was excellently done. In addition, Ricky was kind enough to give me a spare bottle of car paint, just in case I have scratches on my car in the future. Customer service is to make the customer feel welcomed and better, and both Ricky and Ai made me feel this way. I’ll definitely recommend this auto body shop to my family and friends.
Got my car in right away, received a wonderful loaner car while mine was awaiting repairs. Due to circumstance's out of their control, a part arrived damaged. Once they received the part my car was fixed by the afternoon and available for pick up. Their work on my car was absolutely beautiful, couldn’t tell there was ever any damage to my front end.
