First and foremost, this review is a long time coming. I want to start with a quick story that happened recently, I purchased an item from them, upon getting it home and going in for the first transformation, I realized it wasn't the right figure, they had 2 different versions of the same character from 2 brands, and they got mixed up. I simply went and got the correct item without issue, then I got a message saying that the item I got was missing some accessories, which it was indeed only because they were in the other figures box. Again, went and got them without issue. This speaks to the honesty and integrity of Juan and everyone here. I've known about this particular store since it was at its first location way back when. In the years since, this place has only gotten better with age. Juan, Bun, and others have made this place inviting, fun, and reasonable. They don't price their stock egregiously just to make a buck and they're cool people too! If you're looking for anything from MOTU, Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Transformers, and much more! This is your spot!
I sold a collection to super happy incredible toys and it was a great experience. Paul and Juan were professional, timely, and gave me a fair deal for the collection. I highly recommend going to them if you are looking to sell!
The guy at the front counter was nice and greeted us as we walked in. Offered help i. Looking for anything then allowed us to walk around and get familiar with all of things he had to offer. Great experience. Will return again soon. Highly recommended!
Picked this up today at an amazing price. Well sorted and fair trade credit is offered.
Stopped by for a quick visit while on our weekend getaway. Picked up several action figures at great prices. The owner was a cool guy and had a great conversation while we were there. The new location definitely more spacious than the previous location but that was a few years ago.
