Horrible company!!! I have a very old dog who is blind and deaf but he is still kicking and he eats really good. When he is bathed he started crying a lot cause he doesn’t know what is happening. I called to get him groomed since it was time and this company sent someone. When they came I gave them the dog to groom and bathe and after 10 minutes the guy knocked back on my door and said that he couldn’t do my dog. He left my poor dog with a shaved body and left his entire head/neck and one of his back legs completely unshaved and still dirty. This is unacceptable to do. When we called to complain they said the guy wrote down that my dog was aggressive. My dog is 17 years old with zero teeth and has never in his life bitten or tried to bite anybody or anything in his life. I will never call them for anything ever again and I recommend you don’t either especially if it is that guy because he is horrible. I even asked the company to send me someone different than that guy for this time because he was horrible the time before but they still sent me this guy and then this happened today where he left my dog have shaved and dirty. I would not recommend this place one bit. What a bad experience!!!

Scheduled for TWO dogs They were done in 35 minutes! Nails weren’t filed Still dirt in ears Still wet Put a cut piece of bandana around their necks ( a little rag) Groomer was friendly enough absolutely no English . Dogs smell good Won’t be a repeat customer ($143.00 ) with tip !

Absolutely horrible service. I trusted this place with my dog and deeply regret it. They charge for full grooming services but clearly cut corners and do not deliver what you pay for. It feels dishonest and misleading. What upset me the most is that my dog came back extremely distressed and shaken after the appointment. No owner should ever pick up their dog in that condition. I would strongly warn other pet owners to stay far away from this place.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM HALF A STAR I WOULD. EVERYONES EXPERIENCE IS DIFFERENT BUT AS A BUISNESS OWNER ITS HOW YOU GO ABOUT THINGS. I WONT WRITE A STORY BUT MY DOG WAS INJURED AND THEY LIED LIED LIED. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE, IF SO THEY’LL COME BACK WITH MYSTERIOUS INJURIES
