Canceled on me the morning of my event. They confirmed the day before but canceled due to unforeseen circumstances the next day. Not sure what happened, but I was very disappointed.

Was an absolute pleasure doing business with these guys. They were timely in delivery and pick up of the equipment (set-up included), complete professionals as well. I would recommend to anyone in the El Paso and surrounding area. Their pricing was excellent. As a bonus they even upgraded our jump balloon to match our son’s birthday theme and included extra tables and chairs as a package. Thanks again you guys!!

Beware! Prices are good but who knows when you will actually have the bounce house delivered. Ordered one and went in circles with them during the ordering process. Was told would be delivered in the morning and did not receive it until 1:00pm. Asked about it being picked up later the next day and they threatened to take it back on the spot. Did not communicate it would take that long to arrive the day of and was finally able to get a few bucks off at the end but most unprofessional rudest time wasting company I have dealt with by far. Won't be using again. Don't expect it to be delivered by a certain time. They also kept ignoring my calls and texts day of because they knew they were not operating in an appropriate manner. Added response to Superior Jump: It was not used the next day for free. You picked it up before noon. We did use the jump portion, pool portion was not used and ready to go, until you arrived since you didn't deliver the morning we scheduled for until 1pm and wasn't ready to use until after 1:30pm. You said you'd pick it up whenever you got around to us so my kids got to use it for a couple hours and still less time than they would have had on Saturday if it was delivered in the morning as you stated it would. It's not professional to mislead the customer. Don't worry, we don't plan to use you again. Especially since the unit was dirty as well.

It was a great experience. I rented a water slide. They arrive around 10.they call before arriving. The person who intall the Ballon was very polite and respectful. The water slide was in very good condition. They pick it up the next day around 2. You need to pay in full on the day of the delivery and make you sign a contract. Very satisfy with their service. I will rent from them again.

Very good service. The couple who answered my call are very friendly. I would definitely use their service again. Clean bouncy house, my children had fun!
