We feel lucky to have had Andrew represent us in selling our Fells Point home! I was a first time home buyer and Brendon went above and beyond to help me through the whole process! He was always quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, and assertive when needed. He gave me great advice when putting in my first offer and it got accepted! It went by pretty quick, and we had bumps with negotiations and such. Andrew Undem was a dream to work with. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and he took care of us from beginning to end. We didn't have the buying expertise but Andrew taught and lead us through the entire home buying process from sending us newly listed properties, numerous tours (I'm picky), home inspections, and signing the final paperwork. He helped us find our dream home and for a great price (under our budget). Andrew negotiated fiercely to ensure we were able to secure our dream home. He's very nice and all smiles.
