Never doing another class again. If you are proficient already, you are done in minutes. The online portion still takes 2-6 hours but the skills are easy.
The concept is good. The price is horrible..$80+ without a physical card. I had to pay additional $12 for a card that was not delivered. I believe that this is a ripoff. I definitely would not recommend this course. There are others out there that will give you a physical card upon completion and it would cost you less. Update: After chatting with customer service. They help to correct some of the issues I had. I will take my 1 ⭐️ and add 3 more. With the issue I had. Unfortunately I can not give a 5 ⭐️ rating.
Overall the actual CPR certification was quick and straightforward, but the entry instructions weren’t accurate for this location. The doors are locked at all times contrary to what the emailed instructions say, and the customer service representative was no help and only told me the door shouldn’t be locked (obviously). I had to follow someone in to the building, but once I was in, it took 26 minutes to complete both bls and acls skills check-off. Edit to add- the owner reached out quickly and was unaware and very apologetic about the entry changes made to the building. Sounds like this will be remediated for future users. Appreciate the great follow-up and will definitely recommend and use again in the future
If you’re ever in a pinch or find that no other class work for your schedule this is the place for you! So convenient and helpful with 24/7 availability! Will definitely be using this location for all my future recertifications!
In many decades as a healthcare provider, this was the most convenient way to renew my CPR certificate! Directions for every step are clear and 24/7 hours available for skills test. Highly recommend!
